Franz Keiser
Non-Executive Director.Mr Keiser is also a member of the board of directors of Merz Pharmaceuticals Switzerland. Mr Keiser has previously worked as CEO of Biomedicine Holding from 1998 until 2000. Prior to working at Biomedicine he held various positions at Schweizerischen Bankverein, where he worked for 27 years, including as Head of Marketing and Communication. Furthermore, Mr Keiser has been involved in the development and integration of the bank’s “Globalplafond for Companies”, which helps the bank to monitor its credit risks. In 1983, he founded his family business “Imlaco AG”, which focuses on real estate development and management. He graduated as lic. rer. pol. in national economics from the University of Basel.
