Dr. Mauro Loosli
Non-Executive Director.Dr. Loosli became a member of our board of directors in 2006. Dr. Loosli is a founding partner of Suter Howald Attorney at Law in Zurich. Previously, he worked as an associate for the law firm of Schellenberg & Haissly and as an associate and partner for the law firm of Suter & Partners. He serves as a member of the board of directors for a number of companies, including SH Trust AG, Held AG, EQT Mezzanine, Mega Chemicals AG, MCT Matterhorn AG, MCT Stockhorn AG, MCT Breithorn AG, MCT Monte Rosa AG and Mega Chemicals Schiffahrt AG. Dr. Loosli’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law. He holds a law degree and doctorate in international law from the University of Zurich and was admitted to the Zurich bar in 1993.
